Trench Drain Systems

Trench Drain Systems (TDS) is a master distributor of Hubbell POLYCAST®. Not only does TDS carry the largest stock of POLYCAST® in North America, but we have also developed accessories that compliment the POLYCAST® brand and revive components that Hubbell had retired.

Accessories – Polymer concrete end caps and outlets, locking devices, strainers and trash baskets are just some of the accessories that TDS manufactures which make the POLYCAST® product line easier to use.

Grating – TDS purchased remaining stock and molds from Hubbell to keep the POLYCAST® 900 product line alive.  Remember their decorative grating line?  We still have the Patriot grate. In addition, we make galvanized and stainless steel decorative grating in pedestrian and reinforced designs.

Channels and Catch Basins – TDS has increased the selection of neutral 2 foot and 4 foot channels for the POLYCAST® product line making it easier to design a system to the elevations you want. Additionally, longer runs are now easier to achieve with our transition slope channels which bridge the gap between alternate depth neutral channels. Need a deeper catch basin?  We now have 12” extensions to the standard 650 Basin. 

Our Trench•Era Multi-Channel Drainage System was designed for high surface water volumes and flexible installations.  It includes three installation options and five standard channel widths to meet your flow design criteria. The special design of our
Z-Frame makes it possible for Trench-Era to adjust to variable widths and channel body designs.  Frame and Grate system, Removable EPS Forming, Chemical resistant Fiberglass Channel.

TDS Foundry Grates are heavy-duty replacement grates exclusive to Trench Drain Systems, available in 12-inch and 14-inch widths with bolt-down or non-bolt-down options. Made from durable ductile iron (80-55-06), these grates sit flush in the frame for a clean fit, though the flush design may create stress points that can impact grate integrity.

Trench Drain Systems has a growing line of decorative grating for use in some of the most popular channel drain manufacturers.  Bronze, aluminum, ductile iron and stainless steel grates are available to enhance the NDS Mini Channel system with elevated design and performance. Cast products are available in eight unique patterns: Slotted, Rain Drop, Cathedral, Tardis, Pedreda, Bars, Stars and Luna. Stainless steel options are also available that bring a whole new assortment of foot friendly patterns.

Bronze variations are offered in natural or polished bronze. Natural aluminum or ductile iron products can have custom powder-coated finishes to provide flexible design options for architectural and landscape drainage applications.

TDS takes it a step further with its Max-Mini product line. Based on the NDS 3” wide Mini Channel, TDS provides a pre-engineered, custom fit drainage system using the bronze age grating of your choice. Channels are available in two colors and stainless-steel edging is available in three colors. Max-Mini is a break from the traditional plastic products and was designed to up-grade the aesthetic of your pool or outdoor living space.

TDS has made a version of their POLYCAST® Product line in stainless steel. The SS500 and SS600 series, utilize the same quality grating that is used in the POLYCAST® 500 and 600. The SS1200 provides high capacity options. For brewing facilities, food processing, and other sanitary applications, TDS offers the SS Series stainless steel trench drain system, engineered for hygiene, durability, and corrosion resistance. Stainless Steel Grating to Class E Loading is available.
