The Trench•Era™ Collection of Drainage Systems
This system offers five different series, each including different model options providing solutions to a multitude of drainage applications.
Choose from three different models:
• FF is a simple frame and grate system in which the channel is contractor created
• FE adds a foam insert with neutral, sloped or custom shaped channels
• FP that provides a fully formed fiberglass channel for easy installation
FF Fast Frame
FF offers a robust frame and grate system designed for on-site drain fabrication. Contractors are responsible for fabricated depths, slopes and outlets in the field.
Available in a wide variety of widths including: 4", 6", 10", 12", 14", 17" and custom widths available upon request.
FE - Pour in Place
A frame and grate system similar to the FF model but with the addition of an EPS foam insert that creates precise and smooth channels after a monolithic concrete pour.
Channels can be created neutral or with any required slope. There are three standard channel bottom shape options including flat, V, or round. Custom shapes are available upon request.
Grating Options
Below you will find a chart to simplify grate selection for your project whether it’s based upon width, load class or material. ADA compliant options include: DG3043D, DG3044, DG3048R, DG3047R, J4222-04 and FG1275. Heel Proof options include: J4222-04 and FG1275.

The Ideal solution for High Volume Flow Situations
TDS’s FP1200 Series™ high volume trench drain is the ideal solution for high-volume flow situations such as airports, roadways and seaports. Designed with the installer in mind, this revolutionary design incorporates full 360° interlocks to minimize installation time.The drain is 12″ wide and comes in both 4′ and 8′ lengths for maximum flexibility. Flow rates of up to 6700 GPM can be achieved over 120′ of continuous 1% slope. Grates are available to meet DIN Load Classes C through F. Three separate grate options are available that exceed FAA AC150/5320 loading criteria for airports, and all grates meet or exceed AASHTO M-306 loading criteria for roadways.
Installation Benefits
The FP1200 Series™ Trench Drain System is designed for fast installation. By utilizing 96-inch long sections and prefabricated turn and Tees; the need for field modifications before concrete placement is eliminated. 360-degree interlocks mean that almost no time is spent ensuring proper alignment. This leads to a much faster installation time than other systems meaning there is a lower final cost and better value to the end user.

Catch Basins
Trench Drain Systems offers the Trench•Era catch basins to help catch sediment and debris. Our sediment basket is designed with an inverted V handle for easy removal.
Trench•Era catch basins come in 12” and 24” widths. Basin frames are available in zinc plated or stainless. We offer four grating options: ductile iron, fiberglass, galvanized bar and stainless bar.-
