Trench Drain Systems

The FP 600 trench drain (formerly known as the 3000 Series™) is part of the Trench•Era Multi-Channel Drainage System, formerly known as the 3000 Series™. This high-capacity trench drainage system is engineered for demanding applications, including highway traffic, airport runways, and industrial sites.

The system is available with chemically resistant fiberglass drainage channels, with an optional fire-retardant formulation. When properly installed and sloped, the fiberglass channels can convey up to 3,000 GPM of water flow.

Standard drainage channels are available with a 1% built-in slope, with additional slope options of 0.5%, 0.75%, and 1.25% available to accommodate a wide range of site conditions and hydraulic requirements.

Constructed from 16-gauge stainless steel, the 6.25″ outside-diameter channels feature a built-in 1.0% slope, enabling efficient water flow of up to 470 gallons per minute (GPM).

The SS600 Series stainless steel channels are available in 48″ and 24″ lengths, with neutral channel sections that allow for flexible configurations and extended trench drain runs. To enhance system performance, stainless steel catch basins are offered in standard 6″ and 12″ widths, each equipped with trash baskets to capture debris and reduce maintenance.
