POLYCAST® 800 Series MAXI

The Polycast 800 MAXI Heavy Duty drainage system is a high-volume trench drain designed to handle heavier weights than the Polycast 600 Series. At twice the width of its smaller commercial cousin, the Polycast 800 Series is meant to intercept higher flow rates in high-volume areas. The 48″ long 800 Series channels feature an 8″ inside with radiused bottom and neutral slope. The drain system’s corrosion-resistant channel bodies act as a containment system for industrial and chemical applications.

  • Drain channels fit 48″ iron and fiberglass grating for small commercial to forklift traffic.  Fiberglass grating is available for applications requiring high chemical resistance but relatively lightweight traffic.  For heavier traffic applications, the 800 Series’ iron grates lockdown to prevent shifting, which can damage the system’s integrity.

Pipe Adapter End Caps

Polymer concrete end caps are used to enclose or provide piping transitions as channel outlets. End caps output to a 6″ or 8″ pipe. The material is polymer concrete.
