PolyDrain Interceptor

PolyDrain Interceptor Series sets the standard for roadway drainage in North America. Interceptor controls sheet flow, preventing water from bypassing the drain inlet.

The 6″ wide (OD) Interceptor channels feature 4″ radius interior for maximum flow velocity. Each 1-meter channel uses interlocking joints to keep the system aligned during installation and prevent leaks.

With non-porous channels, the polymer concrete composite is resistant to salt, oil and most acids and alkalis.

Interceptor Polymer Concrete Channels are resistant to:

PolyWall Extenders

PolyWall extenders in 7″ and 14″ heights help Interceptor meet hydraulic requirements. Along with neutral channels, PolyWall extensions enable longer runs of uninterrupted flow.

Using Polyclip installation brackets, contractors can align and level channels quickly. Polyclip II technology ensures that channels remain secure during installation. Recessed installations prevent plow damage.

PolyDrain Interceptor Frame

Interceptor one-piece frames maintain the maximum open area while still being bicycle safe. Each 1/2 meter unit features four anchoring brackets, which reinforce the system to exceed AASHTO H-25 and HS25 loads. Two-piece cleanout frames ensure maintenance access.

Interceptor offers outlet options for any situation. Horizontal end caps include 4″ and 6″ pipes while vertical outlets range from 4″ – 12″. Inlet adapters maximize flow to curb tie into inlet road drainage systems.
