Trench Era represents several series of high-capacity trench drain systems designed to provide versatility to project designers as well as contractors. They consist of three main groups including frame and rail, EPS foam forms (coming soon) and prefabricated channels.
FF SERIES - FRAME & GRATE
The first in this family of products is the Fast Frame™ FF Series which is a robust frame and grate system intended for jobs in which the channel is to be fabricated on-site. This system provides a standard hardware pack with the exception of the supporting spanner bar that varies in size depending upon the width of the system.
FF Series includes your choice of stainless steel or galvanized rails in lengths of 4′, 6′ or 8′ sections. These rails accept grates that are 1-1/2″ thick. The width of the system is dependent upon how wide the selected grate is. In general, the width selection is 8″, 10″, 12″, 14″ or 17″. Appropriately sized spanner bars are placed in 2′ increments with end plates available to complete each drainage run. This requires light assembly providing the advantage of significantly reduced shipping expense. Contractors are responsible for forming the trench and creating the proper depth and any slope that may be required for the project. A jig is available for purchase to facilitate an effective concrete pour or we can provide plans and a material list for on-site jig fabrication.

Catch Basins
Trench Drain Systems offers the Trench•Era catch basins to help catch sediment and debris. Our sediment basket is designed with an inverted V handle for easy removal.
Trench•Era catch basins come in 12” and 24” widths. Basin frames are available in zinc plated or stainless. We offer four grating options: ductile iron, fiberglass, galvanized bar and stainless bar.
