MAX Mini™ – Enhanced Mini Channel System with Decorative Edging

The MAX Mini™ System is an enhanced Mini Channel trench drain featuring exclusive decorative edging, designed for both style and performance. Available as pre-assembled kits, 3″ wide in nominal lengths of 3 ft, 6 ft, 12 ft, 18 ft, and 24 ft. Each kit includes an outlet, coupler(s), and endcap—ready to install and available for purchase directly in our online store.

For systems over 6 ft, minimal assembly is required due to shipping considerations, ensuring a convenient setup for longer runs. Projects that require tees, turns, bottom outlets, or custom grate styles not shown on the site can be handled by our expert team, who will recommend the best configuration and provide cost-saving quotes.

Grating Options

Grates are available in a variety of traditional and decorative patterns, including Bronze Age Grates sold exclusively by TDS. ADA-compliant and heel friendly, the Bronze Age Grates provide an accent to your application with full function in mind.

Choose your favorite grate among the numerous material options of Stainless Steel, Brushed Bronze, Natural Bronze or Ductile Iron to complement the channel edging.

Stainless Steel

Stainless steel grates are available in five patterns as 304 or marine grade 316 material, including Slotted, Square Deco, Cathedral, Foam and Perforated. The decorative sophistication of these grates is only available through Trench Drain Systems. Add an elegant look to your outdoor living space while avoiding rust from the elements of weather.

They are available individually, or with one of our Mini Channel kits in our online store.

Natural Bronze

Natural bronze decorative grates of the Bronze Age Grates collection offer a lightly textured high-end appearance. The bronze grates do not rust, giving you a lifetime of natural beauty. Both options are available through our online store, or request a quote for larger projects.

Patterns shown in order: Pedreda, Cathedral, Slotted, Rain Drop, Luna, Stars, Bars, and Tardis in natural bronze.

The Bars pattern was created in order to stand alone as a longitudinal slotted option, or can be combined with Stars to create a unique alternating Stars and Bars look.

Brushed Bronze

Brushed bronze decorative grates are the glossy elegant option of the Bronze Age Grates collection, available in eight exclusive patterns. Each pattern is ADA-compliant and heel friendly and created through inspiration. The non-rusting benefit of bronze grates means a long-lasting sophisticated look for your pool, patio, sidewalk and more.

Ductile Iron

Our ductile iron grates are available in six decorative patterns, offered in either a natural finish, or with our Baked on Oil Finish. These grates are made to fit POLYCAST® 500 & 600 systems, as well as TDS's own SS500 & SS600 systems.
Trench Drain System's BoOF is a process that accelerates the initial rusting occurrence which creates a chocolate brown, natural-looking, weathered appearance.

Class C: Cathedral, Fern, Lunaria, Pedreda
Class D: Wave
Class E: Bars

Easy Installation:
